Liberty Bell Agency charges rates for title insurance in accordance with the Title Insurance Rate Manual for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as adopted by the Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania and and approved by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department in accordance with the Insurance Company Law of 1921.
Pennsylvania is an "All-Inclusive" state, meaning that the basic Title Search and Examination charges and the subsequent preparation of the Title Insurance Commitment or Binder forms are included as part of the basic and reissue rates for any title policy issued by this or any other firm, who operates under the Company or Agent Procedure as defined in the aforesaid Title Insurance Rate Manual. Accordingly, there can be no additional charges for these basic services as part of an insured transaction.
