Frank entered the title insurance industry in 1988. Was Vice-President of Industrial Valley Title Insurance Company from 1988 to 1994. Co-Founded Liberty Bell Agency in 1994. Educated at Temple University (B.S., 1974).

MICHAEL T. McKEEVER

Mike joined Liberty Bell Agency as a partner in 2003. Educated at Fairfield University (B.A., Politics 1985) and Villanova University (J.D., 1989). Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1989, the US District Court bar in 1990, and the New Jersey bar in 1991. Managing Partner of the law firm of Goldbeck, McCafferty & McKeever. JAMES E. O'ROURKE
Vice President, Title Agent
Jim started his career in the title insurance industry in 1980. Worked for Industrial Valley Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company before joining Liberty Bell Agency in 1998. Became partner in the firm in 2003. Educated at Drexel University. Served as a Elected Township Council representative in New Jersey from 1995 to 2003.

Liz Samarco began at Liberty Bell Agency in 2004. She is a part time assistant to Frank Hill. She mainly performs the accounting duties and other assistant duties. When she is not at Liberty Bell, she is a full time student at Temple University studying in the field of elementary education.

Began her career at Liberty Bell Agency in 1998 and has gained valuable experience in most aspects of the business operations of the company. Notary Public for Pennsylvania. Promoted in 2007 as the Business Servicing Manager for our Closing Services operations.

Has been in the Title Insurance Industry for over 25 years, with experience from Title Applications through Title Policies. Conducted Residential, Commercial and REO closings through out the years. Recently joined Liberty Bell Agency, Inc. and given the position of Post Closing Coordinator.
SHANE WALLMANN
Business Consultant
Shane joins Liberty Bell Agency with both Public Relations and Marketing experience; having previously worked in the Communications field assisting in the management of major accounts such as the Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement Authority and the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce. Shane received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

Anna worked as a loan processor for a mortgage company before accepting an opportunity within the title industry in 1999. She joined Liberty Bell Agency in 2008 and brings experience in most aspects within the title process in both states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Anna is fluent in Italian and volunteers as a community block captain and assistant for her Homeowners Association. She is a Notary Public for Pennsylvania.

Karen garnered several years experience in Customer Service positions for both the retail and medical service industries prior to joining Liberty Bell Agency in 2007. She began her career with us working in the search services division. She now handles the tax search services in addition to her duties as the settlement closer for the Northeastern Pennsylvania. She is also a Notary Public for Pennsylvania.

Ray began his career as a title searcher in 1987, searching financial statements, water & sewer liens, real estate taxes, and mechanics lien. Advanced to providing last owner searches and then full title searches. Worked for several Title Insurance and Abstract companies prior to joining Liberty Bell Agency in 1999. Ray is currently managing the Eastern Pennsylvania search teams along with managing Southern Region of Pennsylvania for search services, and has garnered a lot of experience in all aspects of the title industry.

Regional Manager for Western Pennsylvania
Mel was formerly the president and owner of Miller Title Services; a title search company based in Allegheny County in Pennsylvania. Mel joined Liberty Bell Agency and opened our Pittsburgh branch in 2007. Melody first began abstracting & title searching in Pittsburgh in 1986 when she joined the family business. She continued in the Title Industry after relocating to Texas while her husband was stationed with the USAF in San Antonio. After moving back to Pittsburgh, she founded and operated Miller Title Services.

DeAnna is a recent graduate of Ohio University where she earned her BA in Psychology and Business Administration. She joined the Liberty Bell team in June of 2008, and brings her energy and outgoing personality to the company. Kevin Russo has been employed in the Land Title Industry since 1985. He has held various positions within the industry and has developed a thorough knowledge of the requirements to issue fast and accurate Title Searches and Title Commitments. As the expanding opportunity from Liberty Bell Agency arose, Kevin joined the team in April 2008. He brings with him a vast internal knowledge of the business and is committed to serving the clients and customers of Liberty Bell Agency.
