FRANK P. HILL III, Executive Vice President
Entered the title insurance industry in 1988. Was Vice-President of Industrial Valley Title Insurance Company from 1988 to 1994. Co-Founded Liberty Bell Agency in 1994. Educated at Temple University (B.S., 1974).
GARY E. McCAFFERTY, Vice President, Attorney at Law.
Co-Founded Liberty Bell Agency in 1994. Educated at LaSalle University (B.S., 1980) and Temple University (J.D., 1984). Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1984 and the New Jersey bar in 1985. MICHAEL T. McKEEVER, Vice President, Attorney at Law
Joined Liberty Bell Agency as a partner in 2003. Educated at Fairfield University (B.A., Politics 1985) and Villanova University (J.D., 1989). Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1989, the US District Court bar in 1990, and the New Jersey bar in 1991. Managing Partner of the law firm of Goldbeck, McCafferty & McKeever. Member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
JAMES E. O'ROURKE, Vice President, Title Agent
Started in the title insurance industry in 1980. Worked for Industrial Valley Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company before joining Liberty Bell Agency in 1998. Became partner in the firm in 2003. Educated at Drexel University. Served as a Elected Township Council representative in New Jersey from 1995 to 2003.
Closing Services Division:
GINNY CALABREE, Business Servicing Manager - Title Insurance
Worked for the City of Philadelphia Real Estate Department for many years prior to accepting an opportunity within the title industry. Enjoyed a long career in the title industry, spanning two decades, prior to joining Liberty Bell Agency in 2001. Brings vast experience in managing closings, specifically for properties sold by the US Secretary of Housing & Urban Development.
ERICA SAMARCO, Business Servicing Manager - Closings
Began her career at Liberty Bell Agency in 1998 and has gained valuable experience in most aspects of the business operations of the company. Notary Public for Pennsylvania. Promoted in 2007 as the Business Servicing Manager for our Closing Services operations.
THOMAS JOSEPH, Business Development Representative
Garnered over 14 years of sales and customer service experience with various companies such as Verizon and Bank One before joining Liberty Bell Agency in 2004. Former US Army Medical Specialist. Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Loan Originator.
MICHELE BROGAN, Business Servicing Representative
Worked in the medical industry for over a dozen years; handling a variety of business service responsibilities. Hired by Liberty Bell Agency in 2005 to coordinate search services and vendor relations. Currently expanding her responsibilities to provide enhanced services to our Closing and Title Insurance business operations.

Started in the title insurance industry as a title searcher for Industrial Valley Title Insurance Company in 1988. Gained experience with various other Title Search companies before joining Liberty Bell Agency in 2004.

Former owner of Miller Title Services based in Allegheny County in Pennsylvania before joining Liberty Bell Agency in 2007.
PAT HINDMAN, Abstractor / Examiner, Central Pa. Manager
Joined Liberty Bell Agency in 2007 after accumulating over twenty years experience as both a title searcher and closing representative for various local and national settlement service companies. Has experience closing and searching title in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
