Liberty Bell Agency, Inc. was formed in 1993 as a Pennsylvania title issuing agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company. Thecompany's operational area encompassed Philadelphia County and the four suburban counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery. Direct title searching and information research services were started in January 1996, and in 2001 the company expandedits operational area to include all counties in Pennsylvania, making Liberty Bell Agency one of the largest providers of title search information for the Default Services business sector in Pennsylvania. In that year, the company also signed on as an agent for two additional Title Insurance underwriters, First American Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.

Liberty Bell Agency, Inc. is now positioned as a full service Title Insurance Agency and Title Search services provider. Our goal is to be nationally recognized as being the preferred choice for a Title Agency and Search Services company within the State of Pennsylvania.

The primary mission of Liberty Bell Agency, Inc. is to provide our clients with:

• Title searches, Tax and Municipal Lien search information, and related public records information that is timely, accurate and fairly priced 
   
• Closing services for the sale, purchase, refinance, or secondary mortgaging of real estate that is both professional and a pleasurable experience for those involved 
   
• Title Insurance underwritten by national title insurance companies
